Communion

Awombleforever – Can anyone tell me if they were 2 communions made in the 70s?I went to see a film in the 70s and I think it was called communion but it isn’t the one in reviews.

Rennie – Not sure about that Womble. I’ll take a look for you.
It’s unlikely there were two made unless one was a sequel. I’ll check it out along with Imps Hammer list.

Rennie – There were two other films released in the seventies.
Ex Communion – 1978 Solemn Communion – french comedy film – 1977
There was however another made in 1989
* Whitley Strieber goes with his family and some friends to his holiday home in the forest. They experience some weird occurances*

was that the one you remember?

James Blast – nothing to do with us Romans then?

Awombleforever – Hi Rennie, I’v’e looked again and the review is a bit misleading as the picture shown isn’t the communion I remember but have just looked it up in a review and it must have been the one with Brooke shields in(I didn’t know she was in this). It is depicted as a early slasher type movie.

I started building Escape in 2005 and in it’s early form I had the pleasure of a great 70s community. Sadly with Escape’s new design we couldn’t incorporate the old threads into the new forum but so we don’t lose all those magical old chats we’ve collected them all here for you to go back and read.
