If you grew up in the 70s hopefully you’ll remember a brilliant kids TV series called Catweazle. Now I had a very nice email today from Sue who is involved in the Catweazle Fan Site which, when I checked it, out was absolutely fantastic. It was totally full up with facts and pics and also a great forum all dedicated to the great Catweazle but that’s not all. Also I saw that if you actually joined the site for a small one off fee, you get all sorts of cool Catweazle stuff and the best bit, you get the chance to meet the man himself Mr Geoffrey Bayldon. How cool would that be?

Yes apparently the club makes an annual pilgrimage to the Home Farm where it was all filmed and some of the cast turn up too including the esteemed Mr Bayldon no less. Well I’m paid up already and awaiting my club membership details and already looking forward to the weekend jaunt to Home farm to see my fellow Catweazle fans and hopefully a star or two.
