Seventies Man

We all remember David Soul as the good looking blonde cop in the series Starsky and Hutch and of course all those singles he had too including Dont Give Up On Us. But I watched back an old TV film he did cal Saloms Lot.

There was a bit in there in a kitchen that still makes me jump out of my skin. If you can find the clip o YouTube you wil see what I mean. I dont know how they made it so scary- but it works.
Having James Mason in the film to was great casting.

I have actually got Salem’s Lot on DVD, I’m getting quite a collection of 70s films now :)

lol yes when I get my 70s bar all sorted in my man cave :) Double Diamond, Light & Bitters, port & lemons & brandy & babychams for the girls with cheese sticks & egg mayo vol-a-vants for nibbles
