When I wrote my 70s party guide I listed quite a few records which I personally love and would be on my okay list. So I thought I’d ask you your top 5 tracks that you would play at a 70s party.”

I thought of some more. I sat in bed and remembered dancing to these…don’t laugh!!!

Fox on the run/ Sweet- yes I would dance to this.
Howzat/ Sherbert
Tragedy/ Bee Gees
Ain’t Gonna Bump No More With No Big Fat Woman/ Joe Tex
YMCA/ Village People

Now I have to go and dig these out and lay them. Maybe I should rest my hip first!

Bump no more was a favourite and also no 70s party would be complete without a Hustle.

Why did we not put the hustle at the front- it was a flippin’ classic.
