Seventies Man

It was still going upto 1973 and when I watched the repeats a couple of years ago I saw some real famous faces that became 70s stars. Dont forget the show ran from 1959 and was the very first western on TV to go colour- or color.

Take a look at this list of guest stars

David Cassidy- remember him
George Kennedy
De Forrest Kelly-bones from Star Trek
Dennis Hopper
Earl Holliman
Susan Howard went on to Dallas
Will Geer from Walton mountain
Zsa Zsa Gabor
Leif Erickson the dad from The High Chaparral

And here is a bonus question.
Lorne Greene was the dad in Bonanza- but how did he end up in space?
