When I was growing up I used to read the Beano and Dandy, Whizzer -& Chips and had my favourite characters from each but the one that stands well above the rest is good old Dennis the Menace. It could be that he dared do the things we daren’t I don’t know but he was sure fun to follow every week to see what naughty antics he got up to.
