Mark UK – I loved Thunderbirds, I went to see the show in London and it was very funny. They really took the piss especially out of the times when you would see the say water rising up and about to drown a character, cut to one of the Tracy heroes doing their best to save them cuts back to the drowning char only to see the waer level is back down to his knees and rising again……… It did make me larf. About space ships that hold all the fauna for the earth getting ordered to blow up the pods and return but one guy mutinees to save them. Poor Luie……………………………. Nix – Quite possibly the best depiction of late 70’s suburban American youth. Bored, restless, destructive, and high. The first time I saw it the film it was only a few years after it was made, so it wasn’t quite as effective, much in the same way looking into a time capsule would be only a year or so after sealing it. Awombleforever – Can anyone tell me if they were 2 communions made in the 70s?I went to see a film in the 70s and I think it was called communion but it isn’t the one in reviews. Rennie – Not sure about that Womble. I’ll take a look for you. It’s unlikely there were two made unless one was a sequel. I’ll check it out along with Imps Hammer list. Awombleforever – The Exorcist was a very big film of the 70s but I couldn’t go see it as I was too young .I did read the book at the time tho.There was so much hype ,like a lot of films .I found the book very scarey Nix – I read the book first as well, when I was about maybe 12-ish. Rocksgirl – the films that were banned in the 70s have all been released over the years. I’ve seen quite a few like the exorcist, texas chainsaw massacre etc but one film i will NEVER watch again… First house on the Left…anyone seen it? Talk about brutal!!!
