The video above is in fact from A Man Called Ironside, and was the pilot to the spin off series called Amy Prentiss.
Catherine MacGregor stars as Irma Pyle in the San Francisco Police Department. Jessica Walter plays the title character, a hardworking San Francisco police woman who aspires to the position of Chief of Police. Amy has a supporter in chief Robert Ironside Raymond Burr.
