Fulham 1975 Pictured is Bobbly Moore stroking the ball out of defence in the FA Cup Semi against Birmingham played at Hillsborough which finished 1-1. The replay at Main Road went into extra time after a goaless 90 minutes and with only 15 seconds left of the second period of extra time the Birmingham goalkeeper Dave Latchford charged down a long ball only for it to rebound off John Mitchell and into the net . Fulham were on their way to their only FA Cup Final

Growing up in the 70's you were forced to pick a football team very early on and schooldays were made up of ribbing your mates if your team beat theirs so you always picked the top teams and not necessarily the local team (Leyton Orient weren't noted for their first division presence) to avoid the abuse if your team lost.
