Review by Jack Gatannella
The Soul of Nigger Charley (1973)
Best Black-explotation film yet,
It may not be right to call The Soul of Nigger Charley a black exploitation movie, but if you don’t believe me, look at the 4th word in the title. The film is basically steryotyping black people, but the way it’s done is cool, fun, and often hilarious *with Fred Williamson, how can you lose). Still, I don’t reccomend this film to everybody, like serious people.
Good entertainment all around. A
