I was listening to an interview back last week with David Essex and he talked about the great No. 1 Rock On single. When I first heard that single I rushed out to good old Wollies and bought it.
What I did not know until last week that it was David Essex that wrote it and it was non other than Herbie Hancock who played that amazing rift at the beginning of the single.
Just shows I am never too old to learn something new.
