During the 1970s there were some very strange singles banned by the BBC. Obviously we were able to watch the Omen but not listen to pop.
Here are a few 70s singles that were banned by the BBC.
Glad To Be Gay by Tom Robinson Band
God Save The Queen by Sex Pistols
Hi Hi Hi by Wings
Killing An Arab by Cure
Let The People Goo by McGuiness Flint
Love To Love You Baby by Donna Summer

Fatty Bum Bum I have by Carl Malcolm which ain’t bad, Jonathan King what a waste, Everyone’s gone to the moon I now play by Chad and Jeremy which is In my opinion better than Kings version.
