£2,750 circa 1976
With the canted o.h.c. engine developed from a Triumph design but now enlarged and built in Sweden, the 99 is a favourite with British buyers. A twin-carburetter version will be imported during 1976. Meanwhile the 96 with Ford V4 engine directly descended from the first two-stroke car launched after World War II. has been modified to provide more hip and leg room for rear passengers.
